Shipping Policy

All orders take up to 5 - 7 working days to process. You’ll get an email notification once your order is shipped out.

Estimated shipping times:

  • Domestic SG shipping time: 5 - 7 working days
  • International shipping time: 3 - 6 weeks (subjected to your shipping location)

*For preorders, shipping requires 2–3 weeks for processing. If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will be shipped together once the pre-order items are ready.

Please note that international buyers are responsible for any customs or import taxes that may apply. 

Please note that once the package is shipped out, we do not have any control over the post office, lost shipments, or any delays that may occur.

Should you provided the wrong shipping address/particular details required for shipping, please email to octitocreates@gmail.com and we will assist you accordingly.

Tax and Custom Fees

Any customs duties, taxes, or other import-related fees incurred after the package has been delivered are the responsibility of the recipient.

For both local and international orders, we do not collect taxes or additional fees (other than shipping costs), as tax rates and import duties vary depending on the regulations of your location.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused and recommend you check with your local tax or customs authority for further information.

VAT/GST for EU, UK and Other International Orders

VAT (Value-Added Tax) or GST (Goods & Services Tax) may apply depending on your location.

We do not collect VAT/GST at checkout.

VAT/GST fees varies depending on your location. Please contact your local postal office for further enquiries.

Please note that there may be an additional delay of 1-2 weeks in delivery time due to customs processing. While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, delays at customs are beyond our control.

Return and Refund

As we are a small-scale business, all sales made are final. Strictly no return and refund on the products sold in Octito Creates.

However, if you are facing issues with your orders, please email to @octitocreates@gmail.com and we will assist you accordingly.

Damaged Goods

We are committed to ensuring that all products delivered to you are in excellent condition. However, if you receive damaged goods, please contact us at octitocreates@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to include your order number and photos of the damaged items.

As a gesture of goodwill, we will offer you a 10% discount on your next purchase after receiving your report.
